Precision Hotel Interiors is a General Contractor committed to offering nationwide services developing the hospitality industry. Our mission is to offer quality construction services that repeatedly exceed our client’s expectations. We are dedicated to continuing to deliver projects on time & within budget.

Company Overview
Precision Hotel Interiors was founded by Richard S. Wolf in 1985. Our corporate offices and warehouse facility is located in Valencia, California. Our steady growth over the years has brought Precision Hotel Interiors to a business volume of over 10 million dollars annually & we have established a reputation as one of the highest regarded specialists in the industry. Our portfolio includes Hyatt Hotels, Doubletree Hotels, Marriott International as well as a long list of limited service flags, small boutique destinations & resorts.

Rick
Rick Wolf- President
Founded Precision Flooring and Installation as a flooring and furniture installation contractor specializing in hotel renovation in 1987. Established Precision Hotel Interiors as a full service General Contractor to the hotel industry in 1993. Currently oversees all company functions in the office as well as the field.
Kurt
Kurt Wolf - Chief Financial Officer

Younger brother of the company president, Kurt single-handedly made PHI a viable company by restructuring the existing accounting practices and organizing office procedures. Taking over these responsibilities in 1992, Kurt established a foundation that the rest of us have been able to build on to this day. He also oversees our computer system as well as all inventory and accounting.
Jim
Jim Leach- Operations Manager
Jim has been in the hospitality renovation industry since 1983 and joined PHI in 2004, he has handled all aspects of projects from FF&E to major renovation of properties. He handles all field operations for all projects and at times multiple projects. He oversees the day to day operations of the project and insures each project is a success.
Brant
Brant Keiser - Estimator
Joining PHI in May 2008, Brant has worked in the construction industry with over 10 years of Project Management experience in commercial development. He handles all contract sales and estimating departments. His complete knowledge of all trades help to keep our proposals accurate and competitive in the highly competitive field of hotel renovation.
James
James Albin - Project Manager
James has worked in the network/telecommunications field for over 15 years before joining PHI in 2001. He handles all computer, telephone, and networking for Precision, in the office, and the field. Additionally, he handles Project Management, Purchasing and Procurement, as well as subcrontracts while managing jobs in the field.
Brooke
Brook Walston - Project Manager
Joining the PHI team in 1999, Brook handled the accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll. She also tackled the very difficult job of being the liason between field operations and office with great success. She came to us with a background in AP and AR in the Real Estate field, and has made the transition to hotel renovation masterfully. If we need something done we pass it to Brook. In January 2008 she progressed from office management to become a Project Manager, and is excelling at that position as well.
Marsha
Marsha Polston- Office Manager
Marsha joined PHI in December 2007, bringing over 20 years experience as a dedicated office manager. Her experience in payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivables, telecommunications, computer networks, contract administration, and all front office tasks makes her an invaluable addition to the PHI family.
Noel
Noel Albin- Superintendent/Warehouse Manager
Noel joined the team in February 2005, bringing over 45 years experience of both supervisory and warehouse management skills to the table.
